Tips for Scheduling a Home Inspection

• Speak with your attorney about what services should be performed on this particular home, and in what timeframe (usually 10-15 days after attorney review is completed).
• Your realtor will need to confirm with the seller/their realtor that the property is accessible at the time of the inspection and all utilities on. The property should be as accessible as possible, as we cannot inspect anything not visible or accessible.
• Watch your email-be sure to complete the inspection agreement(s) sent to you via email before your inspection. Your inspection date and time is not finalized until you complete the pre-inspection forms.
• Plan on attending the inspection. This is YOUR new home, and we work for you! Inspections may take 2-3 hours depending on the property.
• Come prepared with any questions you may have, we are happy to answer them!
